New Floor Plan Drawing Implementation

Existing CAD files:

Inventory and review drawings and/or field redline drawings
Clean up and standardize layering
Create polylines
Run routines to check for missing polylines, duplicates, gaps and overlaps.
Tag spaces with unique identifier

New CAD files:

Create drawings from survey as-builts or hard copy sources (PDF)
Create standardized layers
Create polylines
Run routines to check for missing polylines, duplicates, gaps and overlaps.
Tag spaces with unique identifier

Data Loading:

Link Polylines and SpaceID Blocks
Load data from the drawings (CAD Space Codes, Area, Coordinates)
Populate FMi with space categories, space types, room numbers, names and business organization
Upload drawings and published background files to the client account server
Publish Architectural, Furniture and Column files
Establish and maintain client master drawing library as needed

Maintenance Activity of Existing CAFM Data:

Update Polyline drawing
Update Architectural and Furniture drawings
Tag newly created spaces with unique identifier
Re-load floor plan data
Publish new versions of the Arch and Furn drawings and upload along with updated Polyline drawing
